The international competition is open to :

1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd feature films (60 minutes and over)
1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd short and medium length films (less than 60 minutes)
without distinction of genre : fiction, essay, animation and documentary of creation (films produced for television - shows, television magazines, news coverage - are not eligible)
initiated by a self-produced director, a production company, an association, a school
completed after the 1st of September 2018 and having not been commercially released in France in movie theaters or on tv.

Submissions are open until September 1^st, 2019
The decisions of the selection committee will be given between the 8^th and 10^th of October, 2019.
