Jeanne is taking her six-year-old daughter away for the weekend to Majorca. While everything is going down the drain, the mother's only concern is to photograph Kiki, the class mascot.
Après avoir suivi des cours d'art dramatique, Alexe Poukine a étudié l'anthropologie, la réalisation documentaire puis l'écriture scénaristique. Elle se fait connaître en 2019 avec son long métrage documentaire Sans frapper, sélectionné notamment à Visions du réel et Premiers Plans. Palma est son premier film de fiction.
