The competition is open to filmmakers of all countries entering a first, second or third work in its category (feature or short film, fiction or documentary). This work must have been produced after May 2009 and not have been commercially distributed in France. However the organization of the festival will be able to accept the short fiction films which would already have been broadcasted on a TV channel if the impact of this broadcasting was considered as minor.EntreVues will take place in Belfort from November 27th to December 5th. Entrance to competition is free.
