Julien Samani was born in 1973 in Paris, France. He is a director and writer, known for his debut feature film Jeunesse (2015) who was selected in Locarno Film Festival in 2016 and his documentaries La peau trouée (2004), Sur la piste (2007, won the high price for Short Documentary Films) and Les Hommes de la forêt 21 (2008).
