Starting with Cat People by Jacques Tourneur (part of the 2025 baccalaureate curriculum), we take a deep dive into the world of RKO PIctures, the studio that - in the 40s - gifted us several film noir and fantasy gems. Made on shoestring budgets and marked by a murky, unsettling aesthetic, these works remain enduring models of the genre.
