Entrevues welcomes Jean-Jacques Fasquel

For him, it's a return to his first loves: he was once a cinema operator in the suburbs of Paris, then Deputy Director and Head of Communications at the Pathé multiplex in Lyon. He also worked as a show producer, in the events industry, and later managed Bercy Village, the open-air shopping center in Paris that blends culture and leisure.

These diverse experiences will be key assets in taking on this new role, which combines the year-round work of the Cinémas d’Aujourd’hui association (art-house programming, previews and filmmaker/actor Q&As at the Kinepolis cinema, coordination of school film programs at the departmental level—from kindergarten to middle school, summer open-air screenings, and the traveling “Ciné-volant” circuit) with the annual event of Entrevues, the Belfort International Film Festival.
