Jean-Christophe Folly

Jean-Christophe Folly trained as an actor at École Claude Mathieu and the Conservatoire national supérieur d’art dramatique. On stage, his acting credits include Anton Chekhov’s Cherry Orchard, directed by Jean-René Lemoine; Valère Novarina’s L’Operette imaginaire, directed by Marie Ballet, and Bernard-Marie Koltès’s In the Solitude of the Cotton Field, directed by Pascal Tagnati. On film, he’s worked with Claire Denis (35 Rhums), Pierre Trividic and Patrick Mario Bernard (Blind Spot), Pascal Tagnati (I Comete), Leonor Serraille (Mother and Son) and Ruben Ostlund (Triangle of Sadness).
