Ji-hyeon bumps into a friend from university that he hasn’t seen in years, a disturbing mirror that reflects back the person that he had dreamed of becoming in another life. A man and a woman who hardly know each other decide to spend the afternoon together. They are over fifty, but their bodies float as if they were carefree teenagers, admiring the idyllic landscape of Chuncheon (a very popular tourist destination in South Korea). Autumn, Autumn is a film in two movements, deploying two apparently unrelated stories, but that express the same melancholy action.
