Punta Stella
Pierre Denoits
Two hunters have killed the last wolf in the mountains and spend the night at a friend's sheepfold. During the evening, one of them tells a strange story: fifteen years ago, a shepherd was supposedly killed by a man covered in hair in the Italian Alps. In the morning, the wolf's corpse has disappeared.
The film is selected for the One+One Award.
After training as an engineer in agronomy Pierre Denoits branched out into film and entered ENSAV Toulouse. An associate director of the distribution company Potemkine Films from 2008 to 2016, he then dedicated himself to filmmaking. He made the shorts Adieu Pan in 2015, followed by Pastorale, which competed in the 2016 edition of Entrevues.
