As crack has flooded the streets of Tehran bringing its load of casualties, Samad, a pig-headed cop who plays it fast and loose, manages to put drug kingpin Nasser Khakzad under arrest after years of tracking him. Although he thinks the case is closed, confronting the network’s mastermind will open the doors to a whole new perspective.
