In a farewell letter that rings as a friendship manifesto, the “Delpi” the sole survivor of a group of transgender women and drag queens pays tribute to their struggle in the late 80’s, a spring that has come and gone, pressed between the crumbling military regime in Argentina and the early days of AIDS.
Agustina Comedi was born in 1986 in Argentina. She studied Modern Literature. In 2017 her first film Silence is a Falling Body, an intimate documentary about her father, has been multi-awarded and selected in many international festivals. Playback is her second film.
