10-year old Louloute, lives a blissful, carefree life in her family’s farm. But her family is soon up to their ears in debt and she finds herself the helpless witness of the collapse of the enterprise. Thirty years later, Louise delves back into her childhood memories.
Born in a family of horse breeder in Normandy, Hubert Viel studied cinema in ESRA then philosophy in la Sorbonne. In 2007 he has made and produced himself a first short Avenue de l’Opéra, then Artémis, cœur d’artichaut, Grand Prix in Brive festival in 2013. He is the co founder of the company Artisans du film. Louloute is his second feature film after Les Filles au Moyen-Âge released in 2015.
